8 am Kettlebell exercise routine
Jonelle Lafian, a 4th year student of naturopathic medicine at the University of Bridgeport, also has a degree in Exercise Science and experience in personal training. She will give a demonstration and explanation of how to use kettlebells at home as part of a safe and effective strength training routine.
